I had regular sciatic pain for nearly a year, and many days were spent in bed from the pain. A week after our first yoga therapy session the pain was gone, and now when it occurs, I have the tools to manage it. Since then I've committed to my yoga therapy practice, as well as regular sessions with Rebecca, and continue to feel better.
Weekly yoga with Rebecca kept my pain, stiffness, and stress at bay, but after taking the yoga therapy approach, I now know how to manage my own body and mind and can instead focusing on progressing my practice with Rebecca each week.
I took yoga classes previously but having a session with Rebecca has taken my practice to another level. She understands the intricacies of yoga in a way that challenges and energises me while still maintaining a calm within me that is everything I want from my session. With so many different options out there, I am glad I picked such a perfect fit. Highly recommend!
